What if it goes wrong?   PDF  Print  E-mail
Conventional clarinets need expert (and, often, expensive) repair. The Lyons C Clarinet has been designed with clip-on keys and easily replaceable pads so that repair and adjustment can be carried out by an unskilled owner. A maintenance manual with detailed diagrams and instructions for removing and replacing keys will help you diagnose faults and show you what you need to know about replacement of parts. All spares are reasonably priced and are available through the Purchase section. You can always contact us for advice. Nearly all faults can be rectified by a knowledgeable owner within two minutes - and you can quickly become knowledgeable through the maintenance section!
